Homeowners Association

The Parks of Plaquemines is committed to maintaining a high level of design quality and enforcement of community standards through the formation of a Homeowners Association.  Under management of the developer, the Association will preserve the
master plan of the community with all its amenities, and establish an Architectural Standards Committee to review all housing designs to make The Parks one of the finest residential and recreational communities in this area.
