David has twenty-five years experience in over a quarter of a billion dollars in residential and commercial real estate planning, development, construction and project management, as well as, financial planning and asset management, commercial leasing and property management. He is also a Louisiana licensed real estate broker.

Key accomplishments include Partner and co-developer of English Turn, the prestigious 1000 acre multi-use community centered around a 223 acre Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course. Developer of Timbers Office Park, a 300,000 square foot commercial development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Partner and developer of Punta Gorda Harbor, a 30 acre multi-use waterfront community in southwest Florida. Managing General Partner and developer of The Estates of Northpark, a luxury 156 acre residential community in Covington, Louisiana and The Highlands of Santa Maria in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, an exclusive golf course community of 146 home sites that was named "Best New Residential Community" in 2005 by the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition.
