The Parks of Plaquemines is dedicated to a strong preferred builders program.
The relationship between the builders and developer should be considered a “partnership of sorts” says David Waltemath, Developer of The Parks of Plaquemines.
The customer is the ultimate home buyer and as such it takes both the developer
and builder as a team to produce the product that the home buyer desires.
“My philosophy has always been that if I can help the builder sell his services
(custom building) or his spec house, then I will accomplish my goal of selling the builder or a custom client a lot”.
The help that the developer brings to the partnership consists of:
